The 2026-27 Housing Sign-up Process will begin on April 13.
For 2026-27, second year students are eligible to live in Ashton, Emerson, and Moyer halls, and students in their third year or above can request housing in Arnett Hall or the Campus Apartments. As a reminder, second year students are required to live on campus unless they have received approval to live at home.
Students who do not receive any assignment by July 20 by participating in the housing sign up process will be assigned to a double room and enrolled in the 200 Block meal plan and billed accordingly.
Housing and meal plan charges appear on a student’s financial statement, and financial aid is awarded with these costs taken into account.

- Housing Portal for 2026-27 Opens: April 13
- 4 Person Apartment Sign-ups: April 20-21
- 2 and 3 Person Apartment Sign-ups: April 22-23
- Arnett Hall Singles and Triples Sign-Ups (3+ Year Students): April 27-28
- Arnett Hall Doubles Sign-Ups (3+ Year Students): April 29-30
- Ashton/Emerson/Moyer Halls Singles and Triples Sign-ups: May 4-5
- Ashton/Emerson/Moyer Halls Doubles Sign-ups: May 11-12
- "Assign Me to a Unit" Process: May 18
